MSC Cruise Lines hosted the event taking travel agents on a fall color tour of the Northeastern seaboard. Along the way Lorene attended courses and presentations offered by travel suppliers and vendors. One exciting session Lorene talks about on this show was a two hour presentation by Catherine Hegg.
